If you disagree with these terms, do not use the services or products offered by Phoenix Labs or this website. Phoenix Labs reserves the right to deny access to the website and forum at any time at our sole discretion.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

1. All registration and payment information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
3. You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Use.
4. You are not a minor in your jurisdiction, or if you are, you have parental permission to use the Site.
5. You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
6. You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). Phoenix Labs disclaims all responsibility for the activities conducted by users of our services; only the buyer is responsible for the account and related activities.

A license key or user account, which allows access to Phoenix Labs products, must be obtained through purchasing a product via our payment system. Phoenix Labs is not liable for potential claims arising from a consumer’s infringement on third-party intellectual property. In such instances, the consumer indemnifies Phoenix Labs against third-party claims.

You may only use an account on one computer. If you replace or change that computer, causing account access issues, a Phoenix Labs staff member will review your situation and grant access if deemed appropriate.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete an account at any time for the following reasons:

1. Sharing an account with another computer or user without approval from a Phoenix Labs staff member.
2. Initiating a chargeback, claim, or dispute through any of our payment services, including our Merchants of Record.
3. Misusing an account by tampering with our software or using it for unintended purposes.
4. Engaging in abuse or misconduct, as determined by us.
5. Violating our community guidelines.
6. Working for an anti-cheat company or any entity that opposes Phoenix Labs.
7. Using the software on a virtual machine or with hardware identification spoofers.

We reserve the right to deny access to our websites and products by blocking your account, computer, and network at any time.

Customer support requests are processed within 24 hours through the provided support systems, unless unforeseen issues arise that necessitate an extension of this timeframe.

Lifetime keys are available for certain products at the developer’s discretion. These keys are valid for the duration that the product is supported and updated by the developer. The term “Lifetime” does not guarantee a specific time period.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and account information for all purchases made through the Site. You also agree to promptly update this information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to ensure we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your purchase, including any applicable delivery fees, and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for these amounts at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Unauthorized use of funds, fraudulent payments, or attempts to charge back or deny payments will result in your account being immediately disabled, permanently terminated, and/or subject to legal action.

We reserve the right to deny any refund at any time. Since our services involve electronic, digital goods, we only offer refunds under the conditions of our refund policy. No refunds will be provided for partial use of our services. Please ensure the subscription you intend to purchase is suitable for your needs.

You are entitled to cancel your order before the goods or services have been delivered.

We reserve the right to deny downtime compensation or requests to pause software license keys.

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs the access and use of Phoenix Labs’ software (the “Software”). Please read this EULA carefully and accept all terms and conditions before downloading, installing, or using the Software. By downloading the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA and become a licensee bound by its terms. If you do not agree, do not download the Software. This EULA is a legally binding contract between you and Phoenix Labs.

Acknowledgement:
You acknowledge that Phoenix Labs retains all rights, titles, and interests in the copyrights and other intellectual property associated with the Software. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively “Marks”) appearing on the Software or Phoenix Labs’ website are registered and unregistered marks of Phoenix Labs or third parties. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use any Mark displayed on the Software or the website.

License Grant:
Phoenix Labs grants you a revocable, limited, nonexclusive license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the limitations set forth in this EULA. This license is not exclusive or assignable. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Phoenix Labs.

Limited Use:

You agree not to:

1. Use the Software for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use.
2. Disclose the Software.
3. Alter the Software in any way, including disassembly, decompilation, or reverse engineering.
4. Translate, adapt, modify, lease, rent, loan, redistribute, sub-lease, sub-license, or create derivative works from the Software.
5. Use the Software for any unlawful purposes.

Termination:
Your license to use the Software will be immediately revoked if you breach any provision of this EULA. Any party may terminate this EULA upon notice to the other party. Upon termination, all licenses granted under this EULA terminate immediately. You agree to cease accessing and using the Software and uninstall and delete it from any device.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.” Phoenix Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, currency, completeness, usability, or reliability of the Software. The Software may contain errors and is subject to revision. Phoenix Labs expressly disclaims all warranties regarding the Software.

Limitations of Liability:
Phoenix Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Your sole remedy for any breach of this EULA by Phoenix Labs is to terminate this EULA. You accept sole responsibility for all loss, damage, costs, and expenses arising from the download, installation, and use of the Software.

Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Phoenix Labs harmless from any liability, damages, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from any third-party claims related to your use of the Software, violation of this EULA, or violation of any other agreement or law.

Assignment:
You may not assign or delegate this EULA or any obligations, rights, or duties hereunder. Any attempted assignment or delegation in violation of this section is null and void.

Integration and Severability:
This EULA constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Each provision of this EULA is severable, and if any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Governing Law:
This EULA is governed by the local laws where the headquarters of the website owner is located. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

We may provide sections on the Site for you to leave reviews or ratings. When writing a review, please adhere to the following criteria:

1. You must have direct experience with the person or entity you’re reviewing
2. Your reviews must not contain offensive language, profanity, or abusive, racist, hateful, or discriminatory remarks
