If you do not have a donor file or you are not able to get one, We have plenty of extra donor cards that we can use to create your firmware. Just select the “No” option on the donor firmware product page.

What donor device do i use?

The donor device is depending on what firmware you choose. If you purchase the sound driver, you will need a donor file from a PCI sound card on your system. If you purchase wifi, you will need the donor file from a wifi card on your system. It is highly recommended to use a donor from a 2nd pc. If you try to use a donor from the PC that the DMA card is installed in, you will have to physically remove the legit device that you used to clone into your DMA card as two identical devices cannot run on one PC at the same time.

How does the donor firmware process work?

After purchasing the firmware you will need to join our discord server and create a ticket in the firmware support section.

If you have your own donor file: You will send your order number, your telescan file, and information on what dma card you have into the ticket.

If you do not have a donor file: You will send your order number and information on what dma card you have into the ticket.

After everything is verified, firmware generation typically takes 10-30 minutes. The file will be sent to you in a DM on discord.
